In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you'll get a tracking number by email — allow up to 48 hours for tracking to go live with the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Full turbo-back and downpipe-back exhaust systems, along with complete kits, are large-format items that move by freight carrier. We palletize and insure these at no cost to you. Freight deliveries are curbside, and the carrier will call to schedule a delivery window for residential addresses. A signature is typically required on freight and high-value orders.
In most cases, no. Our steel exhaust systems are American-made, which means they generally qualify for duty-free treatment under the USMCA trade agreement when crossing between the US and Canada. While customs authorities may technically assess duties or taxes on any cross-border shipment, our US-origin parts typically clear without additional duty. We prepare the customs paperwork to support that origin so your order isn't held up — and unlike calculated-freight competitors, we don't tack on brokerage fees. Cross-border deliveries usually add 2–4 business days.
