Because of their size, cost, and the nature of performance parts, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for change-of-mind or fitment reasons:

Final sale never means you're stuck with a broken part. Inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Send your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right — a replacement part, a full replacement in severe cases, or the correct item shipped with a prepaid return label for the wrong one. No cost to you.
Items not on the final-sale list (accessories, hardware, and similar) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If your order shipped free, the original shipping cost is deducted from your refund and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Every return starts with a Return Merchandise Authorization. Contact our team or call 888-322-4233 with your order number to request an RMA — we'll send return instructions and the correct address. Items sent back without a valid RMA can't be accepted. We don't accept third-party return labels; all return labels are provided by us.
Custom tuning is final sale and can't be returned unless the device or tune is proven faulty by the manufacturer. If your tuner is defective, you have 90 days from delivery to start a manufacturer warranty claim — we'll provide a prepaid label to return the faulty unit. Before buying, check Tune Support or talk to a Tuned Rep about compatibility.
We inspect every returned item before issuing a refund. Once approved, refunds go to your original payment method minus any restocking fee and original shipping, typically within 5–10 business days of inspection — your bank may add processing time. Prefer store credit? We can issue a Tuned Diesel Performance gift card for the full return value instead, with no shipping deducted.
Orders are processed and labeled quickly, so we can't guarantee a cancellation once an order is placed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately — if the order hasn't left our facility we'll try to stop it, but any shipping already paid is non-refundable. Once shipped, wait for delivery and follow the return process above.

Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship; length and terms vary by brand and are listed on the product page. Warranty doesn't cover damage from improper installation, misuse, racing, or normal wear. Contact us to start a claim.
